“ Overall, this was a solid transaction. The customer service representatives were nice and helpful. The medication was well packed it was in a large box with bubble wrap. It arrived quickly via UPS. The price is great and I save 30 compared to my vets prices. However, I strongly suggest ordering over the phone because their website has some glitches. I hope they fix those soon. If you want updates about order status, shipping and the tracking number, call them. The wait time is less than five minutes. I made my order on the website first. Then I received a confirmation email but my order disappeared when I checked my online account with them. When I called they were able to find my information through their website because of the order number that came with the confirmation email. They simply needed my vets contact information which included my vets fax number. Again, the customer service representatives were really polite, informed and contacted me when it was necessary. Ill definitely do business with them again. ”
